By popular demand, the ability to sync all of your Apple Health data to Fitbit is now available. This highly anticipated feature allows you to seamlessly transfer your data between these two platforms.
It is important to note that Fitbit has recently made the decision to exclude steps from third-party apps in their challenges. If you are looking to log steps from your iPhone and actively participate in challenges, we highly recommend utilizing the Mobile Track feature.
The following data types are currently supported for syncing:
- Steps
- Weight
- Body Fat Percentage
- Sleep Analysis
- Water
However, it is crucial to acknowledge that there are limitations on the granularity of step data due to restrictions within the Fitbit API. As a result, step data is limited to once per hour.
